三螺桿泵包括3G 3GR三螺桿泵通用型，3GC 船用三螺桿泵型及3GS三螺桿泵 3GCL三螺桿泵 3GCLS三螺桿泵等特殊型。三螺桿泵是轉(zhuǎn)子式容積泵，由于主動(dòng)螺桿與從動(dòng)螺桿上螺旋槽相互嚙合及它們與襯套三孔內(nèi)表面的配合，得以在泵的進(jìn)出口之間形成數(shù)*動(dòng)密封腔室,這些動(dòng)密封腔室將不斷把液體由泵進(jìn)口軸向移動(dòng)到泵出口，并使所輸液體逐*升壓，從而形成一個(gè)連續(xù)、平穩(wěn)、軸向移動(dòng)的壓力液體。

二、適用介質(zhì)及性能范圍：

三螺桿泵所輸液體為各種不含固體顆粒，無腐蝕性油類及類似油的潤滑性液體，所輸液體粘度為1.2~100°E（3.0~760cst），高粘度液體亦可通過加溫降粘后輸送。流量范圍0.2~590m3/h，*高工作壓力100bar，*高溫度150℃。

1、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單：具有多種結(jié)構(gòu)形式，一般小流量0.2~6.5m3/h，泵的泵體和襯套合為一體（統(tǒng)稱泵體），軸封為機(jī)械密封。

2、壽命長：三螺桿泵的主動(dòng)螺桿由電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，主、從桿之間沒有機(jī)械接觸，而由所輸壓力液體驅(qū)使從桿繞軸心線自轉(zhuǎn)，主、從桿之間、螺桿與襯套之間皆有一層油膜保護(hù)，因而泵的機(jī)械摩擦極小，壽命堪稱半*久性。

1、 嚴(yán)禁無介質(zhì)空轉(zhuǎn)，啟動(dòng)開車前請(qǐng)務(wù)必加入潤滑性介質(zhì)或輸送介質(zhì)。
2、 嚴(yán)禁一切雜物焊渣等進(jìn)入泵腔內(nèi)，務(wù)必保持泵腔和管道內(nèi)部的清潔度。
3、 嚴(yán)禁使用管道過濾器或Y型過濾器裝置，配置過濾器請(qǐng)*保*過濾面積是泵進(jìn)口通徑截面積的20-30倍。并依據(jù)介質(zhì)的清潔度正確配置過濾網(wǎng)的目數(shù)。
4、 嚴(yán)禁泵的進(jìn)出口管道與泵的進(jìn)出口管道不匹配，管道通徑配置必須和泵的進(jìn)出口通徑一致。以免發(fā)生汽蝕或無法自吸。管道過細(xì)必定導(dǎo)致汽蝕，從而使泵處于吃不飽的狀態(tài)下工作，導(dǎo)致三螺桿泵組流量壓力下降甚至是異常的振動(dòng)和噪音，長時(shí)間運(yùn)行還將導(dǎo)致卡泵和螺桿泵的嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞，
5、 三螺桿泵的安裝高度必須充分考慮泵的汽蝕條件和泵的自吸能力（汽蝕余量與介質(zhì)粘度轉(zhuǎn)速和螺桿的導(dǎo)程有關(guān)）
6、 由于包裝 運(yùn)輸 起吊 裝卸以及管道螺栓緊固的作用可能易使泵的原出廠定位產(chǎn)生變化甚至嚴(yán)重錯(cuò)位，所以三螺桿泵組管系配置安裝固定完畢后，一定要在啟動(dòng)開車之前重新檢查三螺桿泵和電機(jī)的同軸度。
7、 嚴(yán)禁背壓啟動(dòng)開機(jī)和關(guān)閉進(jìn)口出口閥門的情況下啟動(dòng)開機(jī)。
8、 嚴(yán)禁不符合泵旋轉(zhuǎn)標(biāo)識(shí)的方向啟動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)。
9、 雙泵并聯(lián)必須在泵的出口和進(jìn)口加單向閥，以防止介質(zhì)倒流驅(qū)動(dòng)三螺桿泵反轉(zhuǎn)。
10、嚴(yán)禁隨意調(diào)整安全閥螺栓。安全閥僅作為保護(hù)泵的安全和電機(jī)功率與泵工作狀態(tài)的匹配，嚴(yán)禁作為調(diào)壓閥和溢流閥使用。
