氧化鋁陶瓷芯特點(diǎn)Alumina ceramic core features

耐久用，輕扭矩，硬密封，耐腐蝕 Durable, light torque, hard sealing, corrosion resistance

陶瓷球芯經(jīng)1680℃超高溫?zé)Y(jié)而成 The ceramic ball core is sintered at 1680℃

采用剛玉陶瓷，ALO含量≥95%  Adopt corundum ceramics, Al Ogcontent ≥95%

陶瓷球硬度HRA≥85° Ceramic ball hardness HRA≥85°

耐酸堿性∶常溫下對(duì)各種無機(jī)酸、堿穩(wěn)定 Acid and alkali resistance: stable to various inorganic acids and alkalis at room temperature

碳化硅閥芯特點(diǎn)Silicon carbide core features

質(zhì)量輕、高硬度、耐磨損：碳化硅球芯經(jīng)2200℃以上超高溫?zé)Y(jié)而成，硬度≥HRA90  Light weight, high hardness and wear resistance: silicon carbide ball core is sintered at super high temperature above 2200 ℃, hardness ≥ HRA90

耐高溫：在1500℃的高溫環(huán)境下也不會(huì)反應(yīng)◎化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性好，耐酸堿腐蝕性優(yōu)良在HF酸或5mol/L HNO3中依然保持穩(wěn)定  High temperature resistance: it will not react under the high temperature environment of 1500 ℃ ◎ Good chemical stability, good acid and alkali corrosion resistance, stable in HF acid or 5mol/L HNO3

具有優(yōu)異的導(dǎo)熱性，熱膨脹性低：在急冷急熱的環(huán)境下不易崩裂 It has excellent thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion: it is not easy to crack in a hot and cold environment

低摩擦系數(shù)：具有優(yōu)良的干潤(rùn)滑性，啟閉更輕松 Low friction coefficient: excellent dry lubrication, easier to open and close

規(guī)格尺寸Specification and size：1/2～2-1/2"（內(nèi)螺紋、膠粘）

塑料球閥閥體為PPH或"UPVC"材料，金屬球閥閥體為316不銹鋼材質(zhì)，采用浮動(dòng)球直通結(jié)構(gòu) The plastic ball valve body is made of PPH or "UPVC" material, the metal ball valve body is made of 316 stainless steel, and the floating ball straight-through structure is adopted

塑料閥體：工作溫度0-60℃，工作壓力0-1MPa，EPDM和FFKM橡膠密封材質(zhì)可選 Plastic valve body: working temperature 0-60 ℃, working pressure 0-1MPa, EPDM and FFKM rubber sealing materials optional
